What Dominique Persoone has to say about Oxfam honey

For Het Laatste Nieuws, chocolatier Dominique Persoone compared the flavour and quality of 10 different honeys that are available in supermarkets. Our organic liquid honey was clearly a favourite: “If you taste it with your eyes closed, it’s as if you’re floating above the flowers,” he says. And we immediately scored 10 out of 10.

“This is really, truly good. Bam: flowers and delicious freshness. Simply fantastic! Absolutely no discussion, this is really good honey. Not too sweet, quite acidic. If you taste it with your eyes closed, it’s as if you’re floating above the flowers. It reminds me of my wife’s herb garden when everything is in bloom. It seems like they were really able to capture all those smells and flavours.”
