All ingredients
- water 1000 ml
- sage 40 g
- Organic honey (liquid) * 6 el
- lemon 1 stuks
- organic black tea * 1 stuks
- organic rum 1 year old * 60 ml
- ice cubes 3 stuks
Let's get started
Boil the water and add the fresh sage and black tea. Let this steep gently for 5 minutes to release the flavours of the sage. Then remove the sage from the water.
Add the honey to the tea while it is still warm. Stir well until the honey is completely dissolved.
Cut the lemon into slices. Add the lemon slices to the tea and leave the mixture to cool in the fridge until cold.
Once the tea is well chilled, you can add the brown rum (optional) and serve it with ice cubes for a refreshing winter touch. Garnish with an extra slice of lemon or a sprig of fresh sage if you wish.
