Cookies that satisfy your sweet tooth and are secretly a bit healthier than your average cookie? Then you’re in the right place! This quinoacookie recipe makes about 15 cookies.

Tip: A fun Wednesday afternoon or weekend activity with the kids. Yup, it’s that easy!

All ingredients

  • Organic quinoa * 200 g
  • honey (cream) * 4 el
  • peanut butter 3 el
  • oatmeal 75 g
  • dark chocolate * 50 g
  • salt 1 snuifjes

Let's get started

  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C and cook the quinoa.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked quinoa, honey, peanut butter, oats, and salt. Mix well until you get a firm dough. If needed, add a bit more honey to make the texture smoother.

  3. Add the chocolate pieces last. Tip: let the quinoa cool before adding the chocolate.

  4. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and form small dough balls. Bake the cookies for about 20 minutes, until nicely golden brown.
