For some of us a magic potion, for others a cosy drink: golden milk! Supposedly anti-inflammatory, soothing for the throat and perfect to drink before bedtime.

- almond milk 200 ml
- ginger (fresh) 1 tl
- turmeric 1 tl
- black pepper * 1 snuifjes
- kaneelpoeder 1 snuifjes
- honey (cream) * 1 el
Let's get started
Chop the ginger finely or use ginger powder. Warm the milk in a pan and add all ingredients except the honey. Just don’t let it boil.
Once the drink is hot, pour it into a cup. Use a strainer if you used freshly chopped ginger or peppercorns. Then add the honey. Stir it … and ready!
