You won’t find more down-to-earth guy than Jigger’s manager Olivier Jacobs. However, the enthusiastic man recently won the prestigious Gault&Millau award for Cocktail Bar of the Year. When we arrived with our new organic rum from Paraguay, Olivier immediately accepted. And behold! A unique cocktail emerged from the collaboration: “Rebel with a cause”.

Let's get started

  1. Pour the rum, lemon juice, honey and apple juice into a long drink glass with lots of ice cubes.

  2. Stir briefly and then finish with your a can of organic Apple-ginger.

  3. Decorate with a slice of apple. Bottoms up!
