You won’t find more down-to-earth guy than Jigger’s manager Olivier Jacobs. However, the enthusiastic man recently won the prestigious Gault&Millau award for Cocktail Bar of the Year. When we arrived with our new organic rum from Paraguay, Olivier immediately accepted. And behold! A unique cocktail emerged from the collaboration: “Rebel with a cause”.

- organic rum 1 year old * 45 ml
- lemon juice 20 ml
- Organic honey (liquid) * 0.5 tl
- apple juice * 40 ml
- Organic apple-ginger juice * 1 stuks
Let's get started
Pour the rum, lemon juice, honey and apple juice into a long drink glass with lots of ice cubes.
Stir briefly and then finish with your a can of organic Apple-ginger.
Decorate with a slice of apple. Bottoms up!
