This is a dark wood ripened cabernet reserve with deep colour, pleasant aromas of sweet cherry, blackcurrant, green pepper and vanilla. It leaves a powerful initial impression, characterised by recurring dark fruit, full structure and high tannins. This wine is delicious with grilled meat and stews and it’s the pride of the small-scale winemakers of Red del Vino in the Colchagua Valley.
