Preparation: (2 cups of water for 1 cup of rice)
- Rinse the rice in a sieve under running water.
- Bring to the boil with the water. Put the lid on the pan when the rice is boiling.
- Leave the rice to simmer on a low heat until it has absorbed all the water.
